Sean Seward - President
Sean Seward, a Memphis native, joined XMC in 1993 and has been a partner since 2001. He now serves as the President of XMC, Inc, and has orchestrated and coordinated growth opportunities that have allowed XMC to become one of the largest Xerox partners in the U.S.
Sean attended both the University of Tennessee and the University of Memphis. He resides in Germantown, TN with his wife, Cindy, and three children: Alexis, Nick, and Jake. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, boating and spending time with his family.
Ben McCaghren - Chief Technology Officer
Ben McCaghren was the first employee of XMC Inc., starting with the company in June of 1991. Beginning his career as a Sales Executive, Ben quickly moved through the ranks and became a Partner in 1995. During his tenure with the company, Ben has played an instrumental role in the expansion of XMC from a single office in Memphis to one of the largest Xerox Partners in the U.S.
In 2009, Ben was recognized in the Memphis Business Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40” Executives. He has a degree in Economics and Finance from Christian Brothers University.
In his free time, Ben enjoys traveling and playing golf. He and his wife, Lori, reside in Memphis, TN and have two children Mary Jane and Jack.
Steve R. Little Jr. - Chief Sales Officer
As Senior Vice President of Sales, Steve Little Jr. is responsible for the overall health & direction of the entire sales organization. He helps grow sales leaders as well as spends time with newer reps to provide insight on the foundation of success in the office technology industry. Since 1994, Steve’s true passion has always remained the same – building strong relationships throughout the communities XMC serves to help clients stay focused on their “Core Competency.”
Steve joined XMC Inc., as an Account Executive in August 1994. In 1996, he was promoted to Sales Manager for Arkansas and in 2013, he became General Manager over the entire XMC Western Division.
He graduated from Lambuth University in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology. In 2003, Steve was awarded the Rotary’s Paul Harris Fellow Award for “Service Above Self.” He enjoys being heavily involved in local chambers across XMC territory to stay engaged with the local business communities. Steve is married to the love of his life, Lisa, and has 3 children. In his free time, he enjoys running, cycling and helping his kids enjoy the competitive sport of swimming.
Tom Constantine - Regional Sales Director- East
As Director of Sales – East Region, Tom leads the East Region sales team and has had tremendous success since joining the team. He is a business development professional with over 37 years of experience with Xerox Corporation in various sales management and marketing operations positions.
Tom is a trusted Business advisor for our channel partners to achieve annual revenue goals and increase market share – all while helping to identify new sales talent in open markets.
He earned a degree in Marketing & Management from the University of Alabama in 1980 and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys outdoor activities, golf, walking, and, most importantly, volunteering in the community.
Josh Reese - Regional Sales Director- West TN
Josh Reese has always had a deep passion for sales. He joined XMC in 2004 as a Sales Representative. His hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction has led him to consistent success as a top performer at XMC for many years. In 2016, he was promoted to the Director of Sales for West Tennessee where he could share his experience and dedication with his team of sales professionals.
As Regional Sales Director, Josh is able to fuel that same passion for excellence in others on his team. He loves watching his clients and his colleagues grow. With a fierce commitment to earning the opportunity to partner with his clients, Josh’s knowledge and understanding of the office technology industry facilitates his team’s commitment and dedication to ensure that they will be there every step of the way in helping their clients overcome any business challenges they may be facing.
Josh and his wife Ashley live in Arlington TN and have two young girls. When Josh is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
Steve Kovalcik - Sales Operation Director
Steve Kovalcik joined XMC in 2015. A veteran of the printing and office solutions industry, he is an award winning sales management professional who has led teams throughout the U.S. to achieve sales and customer service excellence. Steve graduated from The University of Michigan with a BA in Psychology and MBA, and he moved to Tennessee in 1999. Throughout his career he has led numerous initiatives and served several cross-functional committees developed to drive change and position teams for success in multiple industries.
As Sales Operation Director Steve contributes to the development of XMC sales talent by leveraging improved work processes along with technology to drive employee satisfaction and business growth. Steve is naturally curious about how work gets done and his team depends on him to discover and implement technologies that positively impact overall sales effectiveness while providing visibility into actionable sales activity metrics. As a vital member of the XMC Leadership Team, Steve’s mission is to partner with Sales Leadership to drive performance management, analytics, growth, transparency, and accountability. This mission includes understanding the end-to-end processes with sales operations, so this can be leveraged to drive initiatives, enforce compliance, and promote communication to Sales Leadership.
His favorite quote is from Peter F. Drucker: “Many brilliant people believe that ideas move mountains. But bulldozers move mountains; ideas show where the bulldozers should go to work.” A lot of people can come up with great ideas, but Steve believes that improvement and results only come after you’ve rolled up the sleeves and executed on your plan of attack.
Steve and his wife live in Ooltewah and have 3 children. Steve enjoys outdoor activities including golf, shooting sports, and fishing. Despite moving South, he remains an avid Detroit Red Wings and University of Michigan Athletics fan.
Glenn Elton - Chief Finance Officer
Glenn Elton has served as XMC’s Controller for more than four years. He focuses his efforts on maintaining sound internal controls, processes and procedures, as well as providing accurate and timely financial information. Additionally, he serves as the lead for our Accounting and Leasing Services teams. His previous professional positions include Audit Supervisor at Thompson Dunavant/CBIZ and Senior Accounting Research Analyst at FedEx Express/FedEx Services.
Glenn has a B.S. in Business Administration from Christian Brothers, is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Tennessee and is also a member of the Tennessee Society of CPAs.
In his spare time, Glenn enjoys playing golf, traveling, and supporting the Memphis Grizzlies. He resides in Collierville with his wife, Jennifer, and daughter, Harper.
Mike Brown - Chief Operations Officer
As the Director of Service and Operations at XMC for over 7 years, Mike continues to improve our clients’ experience by streamlining processes to help them become more productive, while at the same time making their jobs more efficient and less stressful.
Mike has over 20 years of industry experience and has specialized in service and service leadership across multiple manufacturers.
Alyssa Hirsh - Director of Human Resources & Recruiting
Alyssa Hirsh has served as Human Resources Manager & Culture Warrior at XMC since 2013. As an experienced HR professional with SHRM-CP certification, she drives our recruiting, onboarding, and culture initiatives on a daily basis.
Alyssa studied at the University of Memphis and spends a lot of her free time singing and songwriting.
Joni Posey - Director of Sales Administration
Joni Posey joined XMC in February 2002 as Executive Sales Assistant. As XMC has grown, so have Joni’s roles and responsibilities, leading to her current position as Director of Sales Administration. In this role, she manages relationships with our leasing partners, oversees the administrative team responsible for equipment orders and billing inquiries, verifies revenue and gross profit for equipment sales and audits all sales commissions.
Her career background includes experience in the banking industry, executive level corporate support, and team management. Joni also ran her own business, so she understands the business world and related challenges.

Organizations near and dear to Joni’s heart include Baptist Centers for Good Grief, Mid-South Transplant Foundation and all ministries of St. Columba Episcopal Retreat Center (especially Mud Camp). She currently serves as Vice President for The Order of the Daughters of the King, St. Elisabeth’s chapter, and is a member of St. Elisabeth’s Episcopal Church.
Joni cherishes spending time with her husband, John, and her children and grandchildren. “After tremendous loss, whenever someone in our family asks ‘What time is it?’, the response is always ‘Now’.”
Bob Hamilton - Founder & Chairman
Bob Hamilton grew up in Jackson, Tennessee and began his career in the office equipment business in 1975 at Tom Lawler’s of Jackson. After only four years of sales, he was promoted to partner, a role he remained in from 1979 until XMC Inc.’s inception in 1991. XMC Inc., a Xerox authorized sales agency, opened as a subsidiary of Tom Lawler’s. Bob Hamilton took full ownership in 1992 and has grown the business exponentially since that time.
Bob Hamilton’s efforts have led to many successes with the Xerox Corporation. XMC was nominated for the small business award from the Memphis Business Journal and was also a CEO of the Year finalist with MBQ magazine. Xerox has recognized Bob Hamilton and XMC for its outstanding achievements throughout the past year by naming them a Platinum Agency. XMC has also been named a 14-Star Top Performer with Xerox Corporation. This award is the top honor for Xerox sales agents and recognizes extraordinary performance and leadership. Only 3 out of 400 agencies earn this 14-Star ranking. XMC’s sales figures from Xerox rank the Memphis-based company as the number one sales agent in the 24-state Central Region and number two in the U.S.
Bob is married to Michele “Missy” Hamilton, and has five children and six grandchildren. The family resides in Memphis, Tennessee.
Jon Golczynski - Regional Sales Director - Central
Jon is responsible for developing and fortifying a strategic sales team empowered and charged to deliver on company goals through creating and implementing customer-centric solutions with direct, positive, sustainable impact for XMC customers.
Jon brings nearly 20 years of industry experience to work for XMC. With a focus on problem solving and value-based solutions, he serves as a dynamic technology champion for mid-sized and enterprise accounts desiring consistent process and financial improvement.
Joel Smith - Regional Sales Director - Arkansas
As the Regional Director of Sales for Arkansas, Joel Smith is responsible for building and supporting a quality sales team. Since joining the team in August 2019, he has already helped strengthen XMC’s position in the market through world-class customer service.
With his impressive track record of 35 years of success in sales and management positions, Joel is a valuable asset to the XMC team.
When he’s not at work, Joel is involved with various community organizations, spends time with his family, and takes his two dogs hiking.
