XMC is the second-largest Xerox office printer and office copier dealer in the United States. This is a remarkable achievement when you consider that XMC reached this status in less than 20 years and has surpassed dealers in much larger U.S. markets, such as New York and Houston.
XMC, Inc. originated as a subsidiary of an office supply company and initially served only the Jackson area as well as surrounding rural West Tennessee. Bob Hamilton, Founder and Chairman, took full ownership in 1992. Bob saw the potential of the company and the Xerox product line. His vision was to expand into multiple markets throughout the Southeast by offering a pleasant customer service experience backed by competent technical support. He saw that XMC could surpass all competitors by providing the quality of service that matched the quality of Xerox equipment.
XMC provides sales, leasing, service and supplies including printers, digital presses, digital copiers and full document solution systems. Xerox products are designed for both offices and production-printing environments. Xerox has expanded its portfolio of services and software designed to help companies boost worker productivity, enhance collaboration and reduce costs.
XMC began with a single employee. Today, XMC has more than 80 staff members and serves the entire Mid-South. XMC has 8 locations within four states but covers sales territories in five states including TN, AL, AR, MS and GA. XMC’s approach to maintaining excellence in customer service is under-promising and over-delivering. Total Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not totally satisfied with any Xerox-brand Equipment, like office printers and copiers, delivered under this Agreement, Xerox will, at your request, replace it without charge with an identical model or, at Xerox's option, with Xerox Equipment with comparable features and capabilities. This Guarantee applies only to Xerox-brand Equipment that has been continuously maintained by Xerox under this Agreement or a Xerox maintenance agreement. For "Previously Installed" Equipment, this Guarantee will be effective for 1 year after installation. For all other Equipment, this Guarantee will be effective for 3 years after installation unless the Equipment is being financed under this Agreement for more than 3 years, in which event it will expire at the end of the initial Term of this Agreement.
*The SP Equipment includes iGen3, iGen4 and Xerox Continuous Feed. The TSG is not applicable during the first 180 days of install. After this initial period, if the equipment does not perform up to the expectations set in the Customer Expectations Document for a period of 90 days, at the customer's request, Xerox will replace the SP equipment with like or similar equipment.
